IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a franchise agreement with Al Ameed Coffee to bring its premium Noted Collection brand to Jordan with a new 50-key hotel in Amman.

Located along a key corridor connecting Amman with Queen Alia International Airport, the hotel will be centred around Jordan’s coffee culture. Its first two floors will feature a coffee reserve and experience centre, while the coffee-inspired concept will continue across the guestrooms and wider guest experience.

The project marks the entry of IHG’s recently launched 21st brand into Jordan. Noted Collection focuses on independent hotels with distinctive identities, strong local connections and individual stories.

“Jordan continues to strengthen its position as a long-term growth market. That spirit makes this future coffee-inspired hotel in Amman a natural fit for our Noted Collection brand.”

The hotel will draw on the more than 50-year heritage of Al Ameed Coffee, a Jordanian coffee company built around craftsmanship and coffee culture.

“This hotel is a natural evolution of that story, an opportunity to translate what we have created through coffee into a complete hospitality experience, rooted in Jordan and designed to be remembered,” said Basel Daher, Managing Partner, Al Ameed Coffee.

The signing expands IHG’s presence in Jordan, where the group currently operates eight hotels across three brands, including InterContinental, Crowne Plaza and Holiday Inn Resort.
