EPEX is a premier two-day expo focusing on the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) industry, as well as the destination wedding sector. The 10th edition will be held on September 4th and 5th, 2025, at the Grand Hyatt Exhibition Center in Dubai, UAE.

EPEX is designed for venues, suppliers, convention bureaus, Destination Management Companies (DMCs) event planners, wedding planners, and industry experts interested in exploring the latest trends, forging partnerships, and gaining industry insights.

At EPEX, you’ll engage with a wide spectrum of top decision making buyers from the Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions (MICE) and the wedding industry.
The EPEX team will schedule the meeting with the relevant buyers as per the preference of the exhibitors as well as the buyers will schedule direct meetings with exhibitors through the EPEX meetings app.
