Sunset Hospitality Group (SHG) has entered Rabat for the first time with the launch of Cicchetti at The View Hotel Rabat, marking a new milestone in the group’s international expansion strategy.
The opening was delivered in partnership with Experienciah and Italy’s San Carlo Group, bringing the Venetian-inspired dining concept to the Moroccan capital for the first time.
Already operating in cities including London, Manchester, Dubai, and Riyadh, Cicchetti is rooted in the traditional Venetian “bacari” dining culture, centred around shared small plates and social dining experiences.
The Rabat venue is led by Executive Chef Alessandro Lanza and features signature dishes including Ravioli Tartufo e Pecorino, Risotto Porcini e Tartufo, and Branzino al Sale, with ingredients sourced directly from Italy.
