IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement with NCPL to develop Holiday Inn Goa Kadamba, a 100-key hotel scheduled to open in Q1 2030.
Located in Kadamba, Panaji, the hotel will offer access to key cultural and lifestyle landmarks, including the Fontainhas Latin Quarter, Mandovi River Promenade, and Dona Paula, positioning it to cater to both leisure and business travellers.
