IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a management agreement with JADEER GROUP to launch Hotel Indigo Cairo New Administrative Capital, a 140-key lifestyle hotel set to open in 2033. The signing strengthens IHG’s Luxury & Lifestyle portfolio in Egypt and reinforces its long-term commitment to the country’s growing hospitality sector.
Located within a mixed-use development in Egypt’s New Administrative Capital — a major smart city project east of Cairo — the hotel will cater to the area’s expanding business, government and residential ecosystem. Designed to reflect the character of its surroundings, the property will feature locally inspired design, dining and guest experiences aligned with the Hotel Indigo brand’s neighbourhood storytelling ethos.
