Kerzner International has announced plans to debut its Atlantis and One&Only hospitality brands in Saudi Arabia, selecting Jeddah’s Red Sea waterfront as the site for both resorts. The launches form part of the Jeddah Central Project, a major urban development in partnership with Midad Real Estate, designed to transform the city’s historic corniche into a premier hub for culture, leisure, and lifestyle experiences.
Atlantis Jeddah is set to become a mega-resort with 800 rooms and suites, accompanied by a collection of branded residences. Guests will enjoy more than 20 restaurants and lounges, including celebrity-chef concepts, alongside attractions such as the Aquaventure Waterpark, The Lost Chambers Aquarium, and a series of marine experiences. The resort will also feature a spa, boutiques, event venues, and other amenities, establishing it as a standalone destination.
Meanwhile, One&Only Jeddah will offer an ultra-private experience, designed as a coastal enclave inspired by the Corniche while maintaining a contemporary luxury aesthetic. The resort will include elegant guest rooms, suites, and villas, along with the brand’s first One&Only Private Homes in Saudi Arabia. Guests can expect a diverse dining scene across seven restaurants, recreational options including padel and pickleball courts at Club One, event spaces, and additional leisure offerings.
Although both resorts will be located side by side, each will maintain its distinct personality, with Atlantis Jeddah providing a vibrant, family-friendly mega-resort experience, and One&Only Jeddah focusing on exclusivity, privacy, and bespoke luxury.
