Aman Group is rapidly expanding its footprint across the Middle East, with multiple new properties under its flagship and contemporary lifestyle brand, Janu. The region has emerged as a major growth hub for the group, supported by increasing demand for high-end wellness-led hospitality and branded residences.
Among the newest developments is Janu Al Marjan Island in Ras Al Khaimah, the brand’s first resort in the emirate and its second in the UAE. Designed by SCDA Architects, the property will feature 132 keys, a comprehensive wellness centre with hammam and banya, two restaurants, a mixology bar, nightlife venue, kids club, private beach and beach club. A dedicated mooring point will give guests direct access to the island’s marina, while an adjacent tower will introduce Janu Residences, offering one- to five-bedroom branded homes and beachfront villas.
The RAK resort comes as part of an ambitious regional pipeline for Aman and Janu. The group is preparing to debut JANU Dubai in DIFC in 2029, followed by several landmark openings in Saudi Arabia, including Aman Hegra (2026), Janu Diriyah, and the 2027 launches of Janu AlUla and the first Aman Hotel on Dubai’s Jumeirah Beach.
Together, these developments underscore Aman’s strong commitment to the Middle East and its confidence in the region’s evolution as a global destination for wellness, culture, luxury living, and high-end experiential travel.
