Saudi’s Jazan Jaydana Waterfront Project Announced, Set to Drive Regional Development

The Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu (RCJY) has announced the Jaydana waterfront project in Jazan City for Primary and Downstream Industries during TOURISE 2025. This development positions Jazan as an emerging destination along the Red Sea coast, supporting Saudi Arabia’s broader economic diversification efforts.

Stretching across more than three square kilometres, the project is expected to attract investments of over $2.9 billion in its initial phases. RCJY highlighted that Jaydana aligns with national goals to expand tourism offerings, enhance quality of life and create new opportunities for leisure, cultural and lifestyle activities in the southern region.

The waterfront development will feature luxury hotels, resorts, a marina, a seaside promenade, dining areas, open recreational spaces, a water sports centre and a modern conference and exhibition facility. Its design blends contemporary architecture with the heritage and identity of the southern region. The property aims to attract visitors, residents and businesses.
