Pullman Hotels & Resorts, part of Accor’s Premium portfolio, has announced a global brand transformation aimed at redefining the Pullman guest experience. The new vision focuses on creativity, human connection, and flexible spaces designed to meet the needs of modern travellers.
A signature element of the redesign is the Pullman Portal, an architectural feature inspired by the brand’s railway heritage. The Portal has debuted at Pullman Dubai Jumeirah Lake Towers and will be introduced across upcoming openings and renovations worldwide. Meeting and event spaces have also been reimagined to easily transform for conferences, workshops, cultural programming, and social gatherings.
Pullman is also enhancing its culinary concept, with bars positioned as social hubs and a new “Unexpected Pairings” ritual launching in 2026 to offer innovative food and cocktail combinations. In addition, more than half of Pullman’s teams have undergone new human-centric service training centred on empathy and cultural awareness.
The brand’s transformation was introduced alongside Pullman xChange, a new global event series launched in Dubai, created with the House of Beautiful Business to explore ideas and cultural shifts shaping the future of travel and hospitality.
Pullman is accelerating its global growth with more than 150 hotels in operation and over 70 in the pipeline. New openings planned for 2026 and beyond, including in Guadeloupe, Montenegro, and Tokyo, will showcase the brand’s renewed focus on design, connection, and experiential hospitality.
