IHG Hotels & Resorts has signed a dual management agreement with Mosa bin Abdul Aziz Al-Mosa and Sons Real Estate Holding Co. to launch Holiday Inn Riyadh Rose Yard, a 106-key property set to open in late 2026.
Located in Riyadh’s Al-Suwaidi district, the hotel will offer access to major destinations, including the Diplomatic Quarter and Diriyah Gate. Holiday Inn Riyadh Rose Yard will feature the brand’s next-generation Open Lobby concept, designed as a flexible space where guests can work, dine, and relax.
The agreement further expands IHG’s footprint in the Kingdom’s capital, attracting investment and talent across multiple sectors. Guests will also have access to the IHG One Rewards loyalty programme, offering enhanced benefits and digital convenience.
IHG currently operates 46 hotels across six brands in Saudi Arabia and has 60 more properties in the development pipeline scheduled to open within the next three to five years.
