Mumbai-based luxury wedding and event management company Copper Events recently conceptualised and executed a large-scale destination wedding for Vatsala and Aayush, bringing together over 600 guests across multiple iconic venues in Jaipur including Rambagh Palace, Sawai Man Mahal, and Jaipur Marriott Hotel.
Known for its lifestyle-driven approach to celebrations, Copper Events designed the multi-day wedding as a series of immersive experiences rooted in the couple’s personal journey, creative interests and family narratives.

One of the standout moments was a Borough Market-inspired brunch, conceptualised as a large-scale experiential environment reflecting the aesthetic language of the bride’s brand, ShopMauve. Through curated stalls, retail-inspired styling and layered design elements, the brunch translated the brand’s visual identity into a dynamic, celebratory space.

The Sangeet evening unfolded as a narrative performance inspired by Babson College, where the couple first met. Designed as a cinematic “premiere” of their love story, the programme structured performances as chapters reflecting milestones, friendships and shared memories, creating an immersive storytelling format rather than a traditional sequence of acts.
Adding another deeply personal dimension, the celebrations featured a custom-composed wedding anthem representing the union of the two families. Performed during the festivities, the composition quickly evolved into a collective symbol of the celebration, with guests embracing and replaying the piece throughout the evening.

The Varmala ceremony at Rambagh Palace embraced architectural scale and grandeur while maintaining emotional intimacy, using the palace’s regal setting to create a visually dramatic yet meaningful moment for the couple.

“The most interesting part of this wedding was the families themselves,” said Prateek Tandon, spokesperson and Co-founder for Copper Events. “Both sides brought extraordinary creativity and emotional investment into the planning process. Every event had a narrative and a purpose. Our role was to translate that shared vision into experiences that felt elevated yet deeply personal.”
The wedding was planned and conceptualised by Copper Events, with photography by Reels and Frames and design and execution by Aroosi Events.
