OMNIYAT has entered the Ras Al Khaimah market through a partnership with Marjan, the UAE’s largest real estate developer, to develop a premium beachfront plot opposite Wynn Al Marjan Island. The 36,600 sqm site features over 250 meters of coastline and forms part of the Marjan Beach development, which includes 12,000 luxury hotel keys and 22,000 homes across eight neighbourhoods. Scheduled for completion by 2030, the project promises panoramic coastal views and aligns with Ras Al Khaimah’s Vision 2030 to attract 3.5 million visitors annually and bolster the emirate’s status as a lifestyle and investment hub.
