Krayonz Entertainment planned and coordinated the destination wedding of US-based couple Esha and Ankit Patel at Hyatt Mansarovar Jaipur from 28 November to 1 December 2025. Bringing together 260 guests across a series of celebrations, the wedding blended Indian traditions, regional influences and contemporary entertainment, with décor designed and executed by House of Vivaah.
The celebrations opened with a Kashmiri-inspired welcome dinner and Mehendi, featuring live sitar, santoor and tabla performances, alongside a souk-style bazaar showcasing traditional attire, jewellery, fragrances and personalised keepsakes.
The following day featured a Haldi ceremony and Phoolon Ki Holi, incorporating flower showers, water activities, interactive games and entertainment. The evening Sangeet drew inspiration from Gujarat, with a Garba and Dandiya-themed setting, live music by Kavya Limaye, DJ performances and choreographed family acts.
The wedding ceremony on 30 November featured a vintage sidecar Baraat accompanied by four dhols and a Garba procession. The bride made a traditional Doli entrance with her maternal uncles, while playful family traditions, including a rugby-style Joota Chupai, added a personalised touch.
The celebrations continued with an evening reception featuring family entrances, speeches, a cake-cutting ceremony and champagne toast, followed by a surprise flash mob and a late-night party with DJ Ganesh and team.
Krayonz Entertainment oversaw planning, hospitality, logistics, production, entertainment and vendor coordination throughout the celebrations. The event brought together a range of specialists across décor, photography, beauty, choreography and guest experiences to deliver a wedding centred on the couple’s vision and their guests’ experience.
