Voyage 1 DMC has announced the acquisition of a 100% stake in South Africa-based World Wide African Tours, operating under the brand SafarisinBushes.com, marking a major milestone in the company’s international expansion strategy.
The acquisition strengthens Voyage 1’s footprint in Africa and enhances its portfolio of luxury, experiential, and safari travel offerings across Southern Africa.
The newly established Voyage 1 Africa will be led by Shobhna Govan, who brings over 20 years of experience in African safari operations and destination management. She will continue to oversee the business, ensuring seamless continuity for existing clients and partners.
