Marriott International has signed an agreement with Manazel Al Naqaa Limited Company to bring Shirvan Hotel City Yard Jeddah into its Autograph Collection Hotels portfolio, with the conversion scheduled for completion in December 2026.
The hotel will remain operational throughout the transition, which will include a refreshed brand identity, new positioning and selected enhancement works.
Located within City Yard in Jeddah’s Al Rawdah district, the boutique property features 113 rooms and suites and offers convenient access to the city’s commercial, cultural and lifestyle districts, as well as King Abdulaziz International Airport (JED). The hotel combines contemporary Saudi-inspired interiors with low-rise architecture, open-air spaces and a sandstone façade. Facilities include multiple dining venues, meeting spaces, a fitness centre, swimming pool and wellness amenities.
The property forms part of City Yard, a mixed-use lifestyle destination centred around an urban plaza with restaurants, cafés, retail outlets and landscaped public spaces designed to encourage dining, shopping and social experiences.
Commenting on the signing, Talal Yousif, Senior Director of Development – Saudi Arabia and Kuwait at Marriott International, said:
“Saudi Arabia remains a key growth market for Marriott International, and we continue to see strong momentum across the kingdom’s hospitality landscape. The signing of the Autograph Collection Hotel with Manazel Al Naqaa Limited Company reflects our ongoing focus on expanding our portfolio with distinctive properties.”
The signing further strengthens Marriott’s presence in Saudi Arabia as the company continues to expand its Autograph Collection portfolio across the Kingdom, with additional projects planned in Riyadh, AlUla and Sindalah Island. The move aligns with the country’s growing tourism sector and increasing investment in hospitality infrastructure.
