The Big Night Events
The Big Night Events successfully delivered a three-day luxury destination wedding for 280 guests at Delano Ballroom, Bluewaters Island, completing the entire project within 29 days of planning and execution window.
The wedding transformed a single ballroom into multiple immersive environments, with each celebration designed to feel visually and emotionally distinct.
At the centre of the ballroom was a custom-built crystal mandap featuring 1,550 individual crystals. The décor blended traditional Indian ceremonial elements with contemporary international styling, creating a globally inspired wedding experience.
Key design elements included a ceremonial aisle lined with thousands of hand-selected pink and red florals, as well as full rose draping throughout the ballroom.
The Big Night Events collaborated closely with Innayat Khubchandani of Innaz Communique, who served as the lead wedding planner. The Big Night team acted as lead designers and decorators, overseeing the creative direction and spatial transformation across all events.
Reflecting on the journey, Kunal Rupani, Co-Founder and spokesperson of The Big Night Events, said, “We entered this industry after planning our own wedding and experiencing first-hand how powerful a celebration can be. That feeling of joy is what drives every project we take on; no idea feels too big when the emotion is right.”
Despite the compressed timeline, the production showcased high-level creative planning, precision execution, and large-scale décor craftsmanship.
